Damaged Goods

ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery, of any damages or none supplied items.

 

 

Returning of Goods

Goods returned to ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre for change of mind or you have ordered incorrectly, will only be accepted on the below conditions:

  • ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items.
  • Must be returned BEFORE 30 days of original purchase.
  • Goods must be returned in full ie. No missing parts.
  • Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.

Conditions for Returning Tiles after Purchase

Tiles can be returned to ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre on the below conditions:

  • ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items.
  • Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.
  • Must be UNDER 30 days from date of purchase
  • Must be OVER 3m2 in quantity
  • Must be of CURRENT shade and approved by the Supplier.

These Conditions Apply to ALL Returns:

  • 20% restocking fee applies for all items returned or cancellations.
  • NO returns of special orders will be accepted. This will include special colour tapware, custom made vanities, custom made showers or indent tiles.
  • A freight surcharge will apply where an item with shipping weight exceeds 20kg is to be returned to supplier. The freight will be calculated by ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre and is payable by the customer returning items.
  • A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered. If the alternative is deemed unsuitable, a store credit will be offered.

All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre.

 

Conditions for Pick Ups Of Bulky Goods & Tiles

Orders that are of heavy lifting, bulky or tiles must be given 24-48 hours notice for collection. If you have advised a day when you will collect and do not collect your items on said day, then another 24-48 hours notice must be given to our office.

 

Pick up times are:
Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm
Saturday 9am to 12noon

 

Shipping Policy

  • ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre only ship within Australia
  • Delivery is via Australia Post or third party courier
  • All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, ABL Tile & Bathroom Centre are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery of stocked items.  Additional time for items that are made to order or need to be ordered in may cause delays.  Back orders or delays will be notified to you directly..
  • Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
